Fitness Classes

Why not update your old exercise routine by adding a fitness class to your week? 

Whether you are looking for a toning workout, or just want to have a blast whilst burning those calories in a cardio class, our experienced instructors offer you a multitude of fitness options.

 

Spinning

Our Trixter X-Bikes have the features that serious workout enthusiasts look for, including seven levels of upper body resistance and 32 levels of pedalling resistance - with this much variation, you can always get a workout that challenges you. You will also find a 2-way SPD/toe clip system, so serious riders can use their regular riding shoes even when indoors. Try our Spin and Tone class and combine a cardio workout with a series of resistance exercises to keep your body toned.

Legs, Bums and Tums

This class does exactly what it says on the tin. A 60-minute exercise class to work on toning up the legs, bottom and stomach areas.
Suitable for all levels of fitness incorporating both standing and floor work.

Shape Up

Shape Up is a fun combination of aerobics and toning.  Simple yet effective choreography and toning exercises ensure that participants get fitter. Do not worry if you are a beginner: our instructors make everything simple to understand and ensure everyone can keep up.

Body Blast

This class is explosive! Aimed to tone all areas of the body. Different cardio themes each week will include step and aerobics with a circuit based toning section.

Core Stability

This class is designed to strengthen your core muscles. This innovative workout format is designed to tone, tighten and trim you down. The fun class format provides intensive training for the abdominal and lower back muscles, improving balance and posture.

Body Tone

This is an all-over body conditioning class using various pieces of equipment to ensure an increase in muscle tone, strength and endurance. Organised like a circuit they incorporate cardiovascular exercise with weights and abdominal work. This is a very popular class as it covers all aspects of fitness. Suitable for everyone!

Boxercise

Boxercise is a high energy class filled with great exercises to increase your heartrate. You will learn various different pad work routines which are fantastic for toning your upper body and its great fun. We advise you to bring a friend as you will mainly be working with a partner.

Buggy Fitness!

This exciting new class designed to meet your needs as a parent. Bring along your baby or toddler in a buggy and enjoy great exercises both in the hall or outside. This 45 minute class will include exercises to get your heartrate up and tone all areas of your body.

Tea and coffee will be provided after Buggy Fitness to help you get to know other local mums and babies.
